La Paz, located on the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula, is known for its stunning natural beauty and FP Saona 47ft Catamaran was new, spacious, and comfortable, making it the perfect vessel for our journey.

Captain Pablo Perrero and Chef Andres were our hosts, and they provided an exceptional experience. Pablo’s knowledge and passion for the area were evident, and he made sure that we saw the most beautiful and serene locations. Chef Andres prepared incredible meals that were impeccably presented and delicious, but not overly fancy.

After a few hiccups in our travels to Costa Baja we finally left the Marina !! Our first stop was Balandra, a stunning beach with crystal-clear waters and breathtaking views. We spent time snorkeling and exploring the underwater world, marveling at the colorful coral reefs and diverse marine life.

Next, we visited La Dispensa, located on the Isla Espiritu Santo, where we witnessed some of the most incredible sunsets we have ever seen. We were surrounded by wildlife of all kinds, including dolphins, pelicans, and turtles. We cruised through the mangroves and took in the beauty of the scenery.

La Partida was another highlight of our trip, where we had the opportunity to hike, kayak, snorkel, and enjoy the beaches. We caught a few bonito and a small mahimahi while fishing, which we caught and released. Isla San Francisco was another breathtaking location, where we went hiking and saw some incredible views.

Even though we lost a big Mahimahi on the windy crossing from San Francisco to Cardonal, the stunning sunsets, wildlife, and scenery made up for that minor disappointment. However, the real highlight of our trip was being together as a family, which was a precious experience since we all live apart these days -Tatiana in Brazil , Chiara in Mexico City and us in Punta Mita. We spent quality time without distractions, not even the internet. Chiara happened to win all the table games, and we had lots of fun with Mitapoly. It was a truly memorable holiday that we will always cherish.
