Cocktail of the Month – March 2015 by Oliver Atkins
- 1 ½ oz of Mezcal Montelobos
- 4 pieces of guava
- ½ hibiscus Syrop
- Juice of half a lime
- ¾ oz cane sugar syrup
- 1 ½ sparkling Water
Glass: Old Fashioned
Method: Smash the pieces of guava, add hibiscus syrup, fresh lime juice and the sugar syrup. Shake well, serve in an old fashioned glass with rocks and finish with a splash of sparkling wáter.
Garnish: Guava moon and fresh hibiscus flower.
