Cocktail of the Month – Abril :: Green Apple Crusta

 

• 2 oz of Tequila Patrón Silver
• 4 pieces of green apple
• 1 piece of ginger
• Juice of half a lime
• ¾ oz cane sugar syrup
• 4 Basil leaves
• Coriander seeds, cranberry and salt rim

Glass: Old Fashioned

Method: Smash the pieces of green apple, add fresh lime juice and sugar cane syrup, shake well & strain over ice.
