Today I had the pleasure of entertaining a number of journalists from some of Americas most prestigious media companies Conde Nast Times and The New Yorker for an intimate lunch at Comodo by my friend and Guest Chef at the Mayakoba Masters of Food Wine & Golf Felipe Donolley – a 5 course Flavours of Mayakoba menu paired with delicious pepino Margaritas by #simply perfect Tequila Patron, Negra Modelo & Rivero Gonzalez wines – the Pescado a las Cenizas was amazing and a must!
