On my recent trip to Dallas I dined at my friend Abraham Salum’s Komali resto with my Aussie mate and Dallas based chef Andrew Ormsby, St Regis PM dallas ambasadrice Lisa Palmer and partners from American Airlines.
The selection of Margaritas by their Mixologist is great and the taste is even better! Abrahams menu is a well thought selection of Mexican classics prepared with authentic flavours presented with flair and flavour – I loved it so the next time in Dallas visit Komail you will not be dissappointed. Abraham has been a fixed feature of the Punta Mita Gourmet & Golf Classic www.puntamitagourmetgolf.com having participated in all 4 Editions and also a good friend. We really enjoyed the evening at Komali.

My suggestions are
