In conjunction with Sao Paulo’s leading newspaper Estadao de São Paulo we created this event in 2008 during my tenure as GM of the Grand Hyatt São Paulo – a 3 day event that bought together Brasil’s best chefs and chefs from abroad on a journey to discover the rich variety of ingredients this wonderful country offers!
