We created this Tour in what a fun, effective and visionary way of promoting ones destination and eventually your hotel which in this case was The Park Hyatt Mendoza. Authentic cuisine and exceptional wines presented by Argentine Chefs and Sommeliers provided a gourmet preview of the flavors of Argentina in Washington D.C., Philadelphia and Chicago.

The Flavors of Argentina – Four distinguished Chefs & Friends from Argentina joined myself and Park Hyatt Buenos Aires GM and Amigo Christophe Lorvo on this transatlantic journey to participate in the Masters of Food and Wine USA Tour. The Chefs prepared sumptuous multi-course dinner in collaboration with each sister Park Hyatt Hotel. Participating chefs included, Fernando Trocca, Executive Chef and Owner of Buenos Aires’ Sucre and El Diamante and New York City’s Industria Argentina; Juan Manuel Guizzo, Chef, Bistro M,  Park Hyatt Mendoza; Máximo López May, Restaurant Gioia, Palacio Duhau – Park Hyatt Buenos Aires; Juliana López May, Owner, Taller de Cocina- Buenos Aires. Joining us were also a number of Wineries from Mendoza recognized as one of the world’s eight great wine capitals and one of my favourite cities in the world. One of the highlights of the Tour was the dinner at The Park Hyatt Washington where we dined with Robert Duvall, Gabriela Sabatini and Argentine Ambassdor and fried Jose Octavio Bordon. All in all a fun filled week, lots of PR and memorable moments.
